AbstractThe aim of this study was to determine The effectiveness of stress-emotion management skills training on quality of the mother-child relationship of mothers’ children with autism spectrum disorder. This study was an experimental study with a pretest-posttest-follow-up plan with a control group. The statistical Society was all mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder in Iran Autism Association in Tehran, from which 30 people were selected by purposive sampling and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Mother-Child Relationship Evaluation (MCRE) Questionnaire (Robert Ross, 1961) were used to collect data. Mixed multivariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the data with respect to defaults. The mothers' promotion program was implemented in 7 two-hour sessions for the experimental group. The results showed that the scores of components of rejection and overprotection decreased in the experimental group compared to the control group, but in acceptance increased significantly (P <0.01).,in the follow up step lasting effect was seen. Due to the effectiveness of mothers' promotion program (stress-emotion management), improving the mother-child relationship of mothers’ children with autism spectrum disorder, this package can be used as a psychological intervention.

Many events in everyday life cause children to experience varying degrees of grief. Losing parents is one of the most important events that causes grief in children and can lead to significant emotional behavioral problems in them. The purpose of this study was to achieve the lived experience of mothers in the field of affective factors in emotional behavioral problems of grief children. The present study was a qualitative and content analysis method. Participants included 10 person from mothers of grief children 7 to 11 years old covered by the Ghaemshahr Relief Committee were selected using purposive sampling and their lived experience were collected through semi-structured interviews. Then the recorded interviews were transcripted and it was analyzed in Colaizzi Method. From the analysis of lived experience of participating mothers, extracted the four organizing content included child-related factors, family related factors, death-related factors, and supportive factors and 26 basic content. The most important basic content include child's age at the time of father's death, child relationship with deceased parent and survivor, consider different from peers, family economic status, sudden death and the lack of emotional support from the fatherly family. The factors derived from lived Experience of Mothers in the field of emotional behavioral problems of grief children can help in the formulation of an intervention appropriate with their cognitive, emotional and social development these children and also appropriate with the culture, community and family in which the child lives.

Stress is one of the effective factors in people's performance. Job and existing conditions of working environment can cause stress. One of the jobs that due to its nature is causing too much stress is nursing job. Various factors are involved in reducing stress, of which are spiritual skills. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of training spiritual skills on stress and stressful Features of Nursing mothers. The Study population of this semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test research design with control group, consisted of all female nurses of Milad Hospital (150 people) whom complete the questionnaire. 30 individuals with higher scores in stress were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Data collection tools include spiritual skill training package and abidin parental stress index (PSI) with parental realm (54 items). Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance method & Levin univariate ANOVA. The hypothesis that training spiritual skills is effective in reducing nursing mothers' job stress is confirmed (F=24.977; Df=1 and 27; Sig=0.001). The results of the study imply that Spiritual skill training was effective in reducing stress and stressful features of nursing mothers. Keywords: Spiritual Therapies, Mothers, Nurses, Stress

AbstractThe aim of the present study was to determine the efficacy of attachment-based treatment on family function of mothers with insecure attachment style. This research was a semi-experimental study with pretest-posttest design and included control and study groups. By purposeful sampling method, 24 mothers of boy students in grades 3 and 4 in elementary schools of Najafabad city were selected and randomly assigned to control and study group (12 subjects in each group). Family Assessment Devise (FAD) and Revised Adult Attachment Scale (RAAS) were used for data collection. In the study group, participants received attachment-based treatment 10 weekly two-hour sessions, while the control group received no treatment. FAD was completed by all the participants before and after the treatment program and one month after the study(at follow-up stage). Data were analyzed by multiple analysis of covariance (MANCOVA). The findings of MANCOVA analysis showed a significant difference between scores (total score and scores of each subtest) of study and control groups after the study and at follow-up stage. In the other words, compared to the family function of control group at the posttest stage, family function of the study group was improved and this improvement was sustained 1 month after the study. Based on the results, we can conclude that attachmentbased treatment is influential in improving family function of femaleswith insecure attachment style.
