Method: Sample consisted of 457 students, randomlyselected based by cluster sampling method. Beck's questionnaire (short form) was used and the following results were obtained: 1) %36.97 without depression; 2) %35.23 with mild depression; 3) %20.35 with average depression; 4) % 7.44 with intensive depression. Next, 36 students with average and intensive depression were matched according to their age, grades, and major.  Then 16 students were randomly selected and put into two groups of eight in experimental and control groups.  Both groups were tested by pre and post test of Beck's depression and Jones's irrational beliefs questionnaire. Experimental group received 10 sessions of group treatment cognition based on Ellis method of Rational Emotive Therapy.  Two significant points were determined:  a) paired sample t-test pertaining to pre and post tests of both groups (differences of within groups), and b) Independent sample t-test pertaining to the difference of pre and post tests scores (difference of between groups). Result: The data revealed that: A) Irrational beliefs had meaningful reduction [%95 confidence]; 1- Anxious over concern; 2- Frustration reaction; 3- Perfectionism. B) Irrational beliefs which had reduction but was not meaningful; 1- Emotional irresponsibility [Approximately meaningful]; 2- Dependency; 3- Demand for approval; 4- Problem avoidance.  C) Irrational beliefs which had no reduction at all [even followed by increase]; 1- High self expectation; 2- Helplessness for change; 3- Blame proneness. However, the total score of irrational beliefs test had a meaningful reduction [%95 confidence). In that sense, there had been a meaningful reduction in the depression scores of the experimental group [%95 confidence]. Discussion: The result indicates that group cognitive therapy helps the reduction of irrational beliefs as well as student's depression simultaneously.}, keywords = {Depression,Irrational Beliefs,cognitive therapy,Rational-Emotive Therapy}, title_fa = {میزان شیوع افسردگی و تأثیر شناخت درمانی گروهی بر کاهش آن در بین دانش‌آموزان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: افسردگی اختلالی است که سال‌هاست توجه بهداشت‌کاران روانی را به خود جلب کرده است. میزان افسردگی به قدری نگران کننده است که آن را سرماخوردگی اختلال‌های روانی نامیده‌اند. روش: تعداد 457 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دبیرستان‌ها، هنرستان‌ها و مراکز پیش‌دانشگاهی قرچک به شیوه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند‌مرحله‌ای به صورت کاملاً تصادفی انتخاب شدند. سپس از پرسشنامه بک‌ برای سنجش افسردگی استفاده گردید. در مرحله دوم 36 نفر از دانش‌آموزانی که علائم افسردگی متوسط و وخیم را بروز داده بودند به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و بعد از همتاسازی آنها از نظر سن، رشته و پایه تحصیلی، وضعیت درسی (معدل نیم‌سال اول) و نمره‌های افسردگی بک، به صورت کاملا تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایشی قرار گرفتند، پس از همتاسازی دو گروه 8  نفری تشکیل شد.  گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار برای درمان قرار گرفت و گروه آزمایش در معرض 10 جلسه شناخت‌درمانی گروهی به روش الیس قرار گرفتند. از هر دو گروه پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون افسردگی بک و باورهای غیر منطقی جونز گرفته شد. پس از محاسبه تفاوت نمره‌های پس‌آزمون و پیش‌آزمون در گروه کنترل و آزمایش بوسیله آزمون t همبسته تفاوت‌های بین گروهی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: در مرحله اول 97/36 درصد دانش‌آموزان فاقد افسردگی، 23/35  درصد دارای افسردگی خفیف، و 35/20 درصد مبتلا به افسردگی وخیم بودند. در مرحله دوم باورهای غیر منطقی گروه شناخت درمانی به گونه معنی‌داری کاهش یافت. بررسی نمره‌های افسردگی نشان داد که نمره افسردگی دانش‌آموزان گروه آزمایشی نیز کاهش یافته است. به طور کلی یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شناخت درمانی گروهی به طور هم‌زمان موجب کاهش باورهای غیرمنطقی و افسردگی دانش‌آموزان شده هست. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت که استفاده از سبک عقلانی عاطفی و شناخت درمانی، در درمان افسردگی نوجوانان مؤثر است و روان‌شناسان، روان‌پزشکان و مشاوران می‌توانند این شیوه درمانی را به کار ببرند.}, keywords_fa = {: افسردگی,باورهای غیر منطقی,شناخت درمانی گروهی}, url = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_2080.html}, eprint = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_2080_3b0952d7861c63a573c662cd7e3efc28.pdf} }
