The study employed a single-case design with multiple baselines. MBCT was given to 4 patients with major depressive disorder over eight 1-hour sessions, and a follow-up was carried out one month later. Instruments used were the depression questionnaire, Beck depression inventory and the rumination response scale. Results showed that depression and rumination symptoms in the patients were reduced by 78 and 48 percent, respectively. The results were clinically significant for three patients. The study suggests that MBCT given in the form of individualized sessions can be an effective treatment for patients with major depressive disorder.}, keywords = {cognitive therapy,Mindfulness,Depression,Rumination}, title_fa = {اثر بخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن بر روی نشانه‌های افسردگی و اندیشناکی در افراد با سابقه یک دوره افسردگی اساسی: طرح تک موردی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر حضور ذهن بر روی نشانههای افسردگی و اندیشناکی در افراد با سابقه یک دوره پیشین افسردگی اساسی بود. روش: MBCT برای 4 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی  اساسی در قالب یک طرح مطالعه تک موردی با خطوط پایه چند گانه به مدت 8 جلسه 1 ساعتی با دوره پی گیری 1 ماهه اجرا شد. برای ارزیابی تغییرات از پرسشنامه افسردگی، سیاهه افسردگی بک و مقیاس پاسخ به شیوه اندیشناکی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که درصد بهبودی بالینی برای نشانههای افسردگی و اندیشناکی برای کل شرکت کننده ها 78%  و47% می باشد. این نتایج برای سه بیمار از لحاظ بالینی معنادار به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد که MBCT در قالب جلسات انفرادی درمان موثری در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {درمان شناختی,حضور ذهن,افسردگی,اندیشناکی}, url = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_542.html}, eprint = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_542_6bb4ac9a1659e387caa1f1cc5f3b1492.pdf} }
