Generalized anxiety disorder and body dysmorphic disorder as if two samples of common emotional disorders in our society that a great majority of people suffer from it. The aim of this study was to compare attention bias and emotional processing styles in patients with generalized anxiety disorder, patients with body dysmorphic disorder, and inpatients. The study sample included 300 female students who available sampling of public universities in Tehran were selected. Instruments used in this study are Beck Anxiety Inventory, Yale-Brown body dysmorphic Inventory, Baker emotional processing questionnaire and dot-probe software test. This study showed that patients with generalized anxiety disorder have negative attention bias more than patients with body dysmorphic disorder and inpatients (p<0.05). And also, patients with body dysmorphic disorder are not affected by attention bias during stimuli perception (p<0.05). In addition, patients with generalized anxiety disorder and patients with body dysmorphic disorder compared to inpatients are more likely to use intrusive, suppression, uncontrolled and dissociation dysfunctional emotional processing styles (p<0.05). From the results, it can be concluded that the rehabilitation and reform of attention bias can be effective in the diagnosis and treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Also reparation of dysfunctional emotional processing seemed to be useful in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and body dysmorphic disorder.}, keywords = {generalized anxiety disorder","body dysmorphic disorder","inpatients","attention bias","emotional processing styles"  }, title_fa = {مقایسه سوگیری توجه و سبک‌های پردازش هیجانی در دانشجویان دختر مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، مبتلا به بدریخت‌انگاری و غیرمبتلا}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش­های روان­شناختی ادعا می‌کند سوگیری توجه و تحریف در پردازش هیجانی از عوامل تداوم دهنده بسیاری از اختلالات روانی است از این میان اختلال اضطراب فراگیر و اختلال بدریخت انگاری دو نمونه از اختلالات هیجانی شایع­ هستند که بخش عظیمی از افراد جامعه از آن رنج می­برند. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه سوگیری توجه و سبک‌های پردازش هیجانی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، مبتلا به بدریخت‌ انگاری و غیرمبتلا بود. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش علی مقایسه‌ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نمونه­ی مورد پژوهش شامل 300 نفر از دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه­های دولتی شهر تهران بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای‌ مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، پرسشنامه بدریخت انگاری ییل-براون، پرسشنامه پردازش هیجانی باکر و آزمون نرم‌افزاری دات پروب بود. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد افراد دارای اختلال اضطراب فراگیر در مقایسه با افراد دارای بدریخت انگاری و غیرمبتلا، سوگیری توجه منفی‌تری دارند (05/0>P). به­علاوه افراد مبتلا به بدریخت­انگاری هنگام ادراک محرک­ها تحت تأثیر سوگیری توجه نیستند (05/0>P). همچنین افراد مبتلا به اضطراب و افراد مبتلا به بدریخت‌انگاری در مقایسه با افراد غیر مبتلا بیشتر از سبک‌های پردازش هیجانی ناکارآمد مزاحمت، سرکوبی، عدم کنترل و تجزیه استفاده می‌کنند (05/0>P). از یافته‌های این پژوهش می­توان نتیجه گرفت، توان­بخشی و اصلاح سوگیری توجه در تشخیص و درمان اختلال اضطراب فراگیر موثر است. همچنین اصلاح سبک­های ناکارآمد پردازش هیجانی در درمان اختلال اضطراب فراگیر و اختلال بدریخت انگاری مفید است.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال اضطراب فراگیر,اختلال بدریخت‌انگاری,سوگیری توجه,پردازش هیجانی,افراد غیرمبتلا}, url = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_6516.html}, eprint = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_6516_7bcde52195782c882008fe320b108287.pdf} }
