A recent method that promises modifying the intrusive memories is cognitive bias modification (CBM). The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of four weeks training of interpretation (CBM-I) and CBM-I based on self-generation among the students with depressive symptoms and to compare them with computerized cognitive behavior training. The present study is a quasi-experimental research with three groups including pre-test, post-test and follow-up. Fifty one students were randomly assigned into groups of standardized CBM-I, self-generation, and computerized cognitive behaviour training. Instruments included a questionnaires related to the mood, interpretation bias, memory bias and dysfunctional attitudes. Standardized CBM-I, self-generation, and computerized cognitive-behaviour training significantly showed reduced symptoms of depression, enhanced mood, increased positive interpretation bias, increased positive memory bias and reduced negative memory bias. In none of the variables no significant difference was observed between the interventions. Only for positive memory bias, self-generation method was significantly superior to cognitive-behaviour therapy—but not to standardized CBM-I.}, keywords = {Cognitive Bias Modification,Self-Generation,Depression,Cognitive-Behavior Training}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی اصلاح سوگیری شناختی تفسیری مثبتI) CBM-)، اصلاح سوگیری شناختی مبتنی بر خود-زایی و آموزش شناختی-رفتاری کامپیوتری بر افسردگی}, abstract_fa = {افراد افسرده تمایل دارند اطلاعات منفی را آسان تر از اطلاعات مثبت یا خنثی پردازش یا یاداوری کنند. روشی که اخیرا اصلاح ارزیابی های خاطرات مزاحم را نوید داده است، اصلاح سوگیری شناختی کامپیوتری است. اصلاح سوگیری شناختی، شامل آموزش راه‌های جدید پردازش اطلاعات برای  تغییر سوگیری‌های پردازشی مانند توجه انتخابی و سوگیری‌های تفسیری است. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین اثربخشی 4 هفته اجرای CBM-I مثبت و CBM-I مبتنی بر خود-زایی بر دانشجویان دارای علائم افسردگی و مقایسه آن‌ها با آموزش شناختی-رفتاری کامپیوتری بود. پژوهش حاضر، یک پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با سه گروه و شامل پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری است. 51 دانشجوی شرکت کننده، به طور تصادفی به گروه CBM-I استاندارد، خود-زایی و آموزش شناختی-رفتاری کامپیوتری گمارده شدند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ها و درجه‌بندی‌های مربوط به خلق، سوگیری تفسیری، سوگیری حافظه و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد، نتایج بررسی شد. هم CBM-I استاندارد هم خود-زایی و هم آموزش شناختی-رفتاری کامپیوتری به طور معنی‌داری کاهش علائم افسردگی، افزایش خلق، افزایش سوگیری تفسیری مثبت، افزایش سوگیری مثبت حافظه و کاهش سوگیری منفی حافظه را نشان دادند. در هیچ‌کدام از متغیرها تفاوت معنی‌داری بین مداخله‌هاوجود نداشت، فقط در مورد سوگیری مثبت حافظه، روش خود-زایی به طور معنی‌داری از روش شناختی-رفتاری- نه از CBM-I استاندارد- برتر بود.}, keywords_fa = {اصلاح سوگیری شناختی,تصویرسازی مثبت,خود-زایی,آموزش شناختی-رفتاری کامپیوتری,افسردگی}, url = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_8314.html}, eprint = {https://jcps.atu.ac.ir/article_8314_9e34a445b879edb2c223eae0778e3f51.pdf} }
