اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای فرزندپروری در کاهش تنیدگی مادران
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای فرزندپروری بر کاهش تنیدگی مادران در نمونه غیربالینی انجام شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف 250 مادر از میان مادران کودکان مشغول به تحصیل در مقطع ابتدایی به طور تصادفی از یک مدرسه دولتی انتخاب شدند و به کلیه گویههای شاخص تنیدگی والدین (PSI، ابیدین، 1990) پاسخ دادند و از میان آنان 80 مادر فزونتنیده انتخاب شدند که از میان گروه اخیر 38 مادر به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پس از پایان دوره آموزش به مدت 8 جلسه به طور مجدد آزمون فوق در مورد مادران در گروه آزمایش و کنترل اجرا گردید، پس از جمعآوری دادهها، تحلیل آنها با استفاده از نسخه شانزدهم نرمافزار آماری (SPSS) بر اساس مقایسه تفاوت میانگین دو گروه با استفاده از آزمون t همبسته نشان داد که شاخص تنیدگی مادران به واسطه مداخله کاهش معنادار یافته است. بنابراین میتوان گفت که آموزش شیوههای فرزندپروری باعث کاهش معنادار تنیدگی مادران شده است

بررسی اثربخشی گروه درمانی چند خانوادهای بر حل تعارضات والدین - فرزندان و کاهش پرخاشگری نوجوانان دختر 14-15 ساله شهر مشهد
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی گروه درمانی چند خانوادهای بر حل تعارض والدین و نوجوانان و کاهش پرخاشگری فرزندان انجام شد. روش تحقیق از نوع شبه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون، پسآزمون با گروه گواه و اندازهگیری مکرر بود. نمونه پژوهش، شامل 25 نوجوان دختر 14- 15 ساله به همراه والدینشان بودند که بصورت داوطلب از میان دیگر نوجوانان مراجعه کننده به کلینیکهای روانشناختی نواحی 4 و 6 آموزش و پرورش انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش به منظور جمعآوری دادههای اولیه از مصاحبه بالینی، جهت سنجش میزان تعارضات از مقیاس رتبه بندی والد کودک (PCRS[1]) و برای ارزیابی میزان پرخاشگری نوجوانان، از پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری ([2]AQ) استفاده شد. از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی LSD، برای مقایسه میانگینها استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی گروه درمانی با چند خانواده بر حل تعارضات میان والدین و نوجوانان بود (05/0>P). نتایج نشان دادند که گروه درمانی با چند خانواده در مقایسه با دو گروه کنترل دیگر، عاطفه مثبت و گفت و شنود میان نوجوانان و والدینشان را به صورت معناداری افزایش داده است (05/0> P). با اینحال، فرض تأثیر گروه درمانی درکاهش پرخاشگری نوجوانان از لحاظ آماری (05/0 > P) مورد تأیید واقع نشد.

مقایسه اثربخشی دو روش آموزش والدین با رویکرد آدلر- درایکورس و بارکلی بر بهبود مؤلفههای محیط خانواده در خانوادههای دارای فرزندان با اختلال سلوک
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی دو روش آموزش والدین استپ (با رویکرد آدلر-درایکورس) و بارکلی (با رویکرد رفتاری) بر بهبود مؤلفههای محیط خانواده، خانوادههای دارای کودکان با اختلال سلوک است. روش: در این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی، از میان 5 مدرسه پسرانه منطقه 7 تهران، والدین 30 کودک دبستانی که براساس پرسشنامه علائم مرضی کودکان (CSI-4) واجد ملاکهای تشخیصی اختلال سلوک بودند، انتخاب و والدین آنها به طور مساوی و تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند و در نهایت با افت آزمودنی، نتایج 13 نفر والدین در گروه رفتاری، 11 نفر در گروه آدلر- درایکورس و 11 نفر در گروه گواه مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند. به منظور سنجش محیط خانواده از پرسشنامه محیط خانواده موس و موس (1993) استفاده شد و برای تحلیل دادهها، از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. یافتهها: براساس نتایج به دست آمده، در گروه آدلر- درایکورس کاهش معناداری در عامل تعارض و کنترل و افزایش معناداری در عامل جهتگیری فرهنگی و تأکید اخلاقی مذهبی نسبت به گروه گواه مشاهده شد. با این حال، در گروه رفتاری تنها در عامل تعارض نسبت به گروه گواه تفاوت دیده شد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نقش محیط خانواده در شکلگیری اختلال سلوک در کودکان، اثربخشی بیشتر روش آدلری بیانگر اهمیت این روش در اتخاذ راهبردهای درمانی مناسب برای اختلال سلوک است. با این حال انجام پژوهشهای بیشتر در این زمینه با در نظر گرفتن نقش متغیرهای مؤثر ضروری به نظر میرسد.

اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر سلامت روان دانشجویان سال اول علوم بهزیستی دانشگاه کرمان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر سلامت روان دانشجویان سال اول دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی کرمان انجام گرفت.
روش پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی به صورت پیش آزمون و پس آزمون میباشد. جامعه آماری، دانشجویان سال اول علوم بهزیستی به تعداد 180 نفر که از این تعداد 30 نفر با استفاده از نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری (آزمودنی) انتخاب گردیدند. آزمودنیها پس از گماردن تصادفی به دو گروه (آزمایش و کنترل) تقسیم شدند و پرسشنامه سلامت روان (گلدبرگ و هیلر) در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون بر روی آنها اجرا شد. نتایج تحلیل آماری آزمون T نشان دهنده آن است که سلامت روان افراد، اختلال در کارکرد جسمانی و کارکرد اجتماعی بین میانگین نمرات دانشجویان گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل در پسآزمون تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد و همچنین بین میانگین نمرات اختلال در خواب و اضطراب و افسردگی دانشجویان گروه آزمایش و کنترل در پسآزمون تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندارد به عبارتی آموزش مهارتهای ارتباطی بر اختلال در خواب و اضطراب و افسردگی دانشجویان تأثیر معنیداری نداشته است. به طور کلی نتایج تحلیل آماری بیانگر آن است که سلامت روان افراد بعد از آموزش مهارت ارتباطی افزایش یافته است (03/0 P<).

بررسی ساختار و مفهوم دلتنگی عاشقانه در زوجها
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ساختار و مفهوم دلتنگی عاشقانه با استفاده از روش «تحلیل اولیه» در زوجهای ایرانی انجام شده است. ابتدا نمونهای از جوانان(18 تا 33 سال) خصیصههای مربوط به احساس دلتنگی عاشقانه را آزادانه فهرست کردند (مرحله اول). سپس نمونة دیگری از جوانان (18 تا 33 سال) خصیصههای فهرست شده در مرحله اول را از نظر مرکزیت نمرهدهی کردند (مرحله دوم). با استفاده از بیست خصیصه برتر از نظر مرکزیت «الگوی اولیة» دلتنگی عاشقانه بدست آمد که برای پاسخگویی در اختیار دو گروه دیگر از زوجهای «دور از یکدیگر» و «در کنار یکدیگر» (18 تا 33 سال) گذاشته شد (مرحله سوم). نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی بر روی دادههای مرحله سوم پژوهش سه عامل را برای «الگوی اولیة» دلتنگی عاشقانه مشخص کرد که عبارتند از: اشتیاق به ارتباط و نزدیکی، تفکر و تصویرسازی ذهنی و احساس غم و جدایی. مقایسه دو گروه زوجهای «دور» و «نزدیک» با آزمون آماری t مستقل نشان داد که این دو گروه در هر سه عامل و نمره کل دلتنگی عاشقانه، تفاوت معناداری دارند. با محاسبه ویژگیهای روانسنجی مربوط به «الگوی اولیة» بدست آمده برای دلتنگی عاشقانه در این پژوهش، مقیاس بیست سؤالی «دلتنگی عاشقانه» برای سنجش میزان دلتنگی در دوران دوری از یار ارائه شد(20 سؤال، 921/0 =α، 65/102=M ،82/22 =SD).

طراحی نسخه نرمافزاری آزمون دستهبندی کارتهای ویسکانسین(WCST): مبانی نظری، نحوه ساخت و ویژگیهای روانسنجی
کنشهای اجرایی به عنوان فرایندهای سطح بالاتر که کار کنترل و نظارت بر عملکردهای سطح ابتدایی (عینی) را بر عهده دارند، توصیف میشوند. مطالعات تصویرسازی عصبی نشان میدهند که برخی مناطق کرتکس و بهویژه مناطق پیشانی و پیش پیشانی جایگاه این کنشها هستند. از آن جا که این فرایندها در کسری از ثانیه رخ میدهند امکان سنجش دقیق آنها با استفاده از ابزارهای سنتی مداد-کاغذی ممکن نمیباشد. از سویی دیگر با معرفی کامپیوترها به عنوان ابزاری معتبر برای سنجشهای روانشناحتی و عصب روانشناختی، ساخت نسخههای کامپیوتری آزمونها توسعه یافته است. از آن جا که مطابق با پژوهشها، آزمون طبقهبندی کارتهای ویسکانسین یکی از حساسترین آزمونها برای کنشهای اجرایی مناطق پیشانی و پیش پیشانی است، در پژوهش حاضر، طراحی و ساخت نسخه کامپیوتری آزمون ویسکانسین براساس یک نسخه استاندارد مد نظر قرار گرفت.
برای بررسی روایی افتراقی، از میان گروهی از دانشجویان و بر اساس نمرات بهدست آمده از فرم تجدید نظر شده پرسشنامه شخصیتی آیزنک، دو گروه شامل افراد با اضطراب بالا و افراد با اضطراب پایین انتخاب شدند. نسخه کامپیوتری آزمون ویسکانسین در هر دو گروه اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین بروندادهای این آزمون در دو گروه متفاوت است. همچنین ضریب آلفای کرنباخ و ضریب تنصیف بهدست آمده برای نسخه کامپیوتری، اعتبار مطلوب آن را در آزمودنیهای ایرانی نشان داد.

تأثیر آموزش راهبردهای شاکرانه بر گسترش عواطف مثبت و شادکامی
شکرگزاری به عنوان سازهای نوظهور در روانشناسی با متغیرهای مختلفی رابطه داشته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر آموزش راهبردهای شاکرانه بر گسترش عاطفه مثبت و شادکامی در جمعیت بهنجار است.
جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر در برگیرنده دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشگاههای شاهد، علم و فرهنگ و ولیعصر بوده است، که از این میان 91 نفر به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند و فرم رضایتنامه شرکت در پژوهش را تکمیل نمودند که به طور تصادفی در چهار گروه (راهبردهای شاکرانه امونس، سلیگمن، کلامی- عملی و کنترل) جایگزین گردیدند، و در نهایت پس از افت آزمودنیها، 72 نفر تا پایان مداخلات و ارزیابیها باقی ماندند. میانگین سنی آزمودنیها برابر 21/20 (27/2=S) بودهاست. ابزارهای مورد استفاده در این تحقیق پرسشنامه عواطف مثبت و منفی (PANAS) و شادکامی آکسفورد بودهاند.
کااسکوئر بهدست آمده ناشی از مقایسه گروههای شکرگزاری (امونس، سلیگمن، کلامی- عملی) و کنترل در متغیر عاطفه مثبت با توجه به مقادیر بحرانی معنادار میباشد. همچنین، کااسکوئر بهدست آمده ناشی از مقایسه گروههای شکرگزاری (سلیگمن، کلامی- عملی) و کنترل در متغیر شادکامی با توجه به مقادیر بحرانی معنادار میباشد.
بدین ترتیب، راهبردهای شاکرانه میتواند عواطف مثبت و شادکامی را در جمعیت بهنجار افزایش دهد.
