تأثیر درمان تعدیل سوگیری شناختی بر نشانههای اختلال وسواس- بیاختیاری: مقایسه اثربخشی آن و درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی
اصطلاح تعدیل سوگیری شناختی اشاره دارد به تغییر سبکهای پردازش شناختی خاصی که به نظر میرسد در ایجاد اختلالها یا واکنشهای هیجانی ناخوشایند نقش دارند. هدف عمده پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر درمان تعدیل سوگیری شناختی بر کاهش شدت نشانههای اختلال وسواس- بیاختیاری بود. بدین منظور نمونهای در دسترس از 60 دانشجوی دارای نشانههای این اختلال انتخاب شد. طرح پژوهش از نوع شبهآزمایشی و یک طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. شرکتکنندگان در پژوهش حاضر به سؤالهای سه پرسشنامه وسواس- بیاختیاری مادزلی، مقیاس وسواس- بیاختیاری ییل براون و پرسشنامه باورهای وسواسی پاسخ دادند. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که 1- درمان تعدیل سوگیری شناختی شدت نشانههای اختلال وسواس بیاختیاری، باورهای وسواسی و رفتارهای وسواسی را کاهش میدهد. 2- درمان تعدیل سوگیری شناختی اثربخشی بیشتری نسبت به درمان شناختی رفتاری گروهی در کاهش شدت نشانههای اختلال وسواس- بیاختیاری، باورهای وسواسی و رفتارهای وسواسی دارد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده میتوان استفاده از درمان تعدیل سوگیری شناختی تفسیر را که به لحاظ سود-هزینه و اثربخشی از نظر تجربی حمایت شده است بهعنوان روشی نو و آسان در درمان نشانههای اختلال وسواس بیاختیاری به همه رواندرمانگران توصیه کرد.

مدل پیشبین رضامندی زندگی بر اساس سازههای روانشناسی مثبتگرا
هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل پیشبین رضامندی زندگی بر اساس سازههای روانشناسی مثبتگرا بود. بدین منظور 1000 نفراز کارکنان دانشگاههای تهران با روش نمونهگیرى خوشهاى چندمرحلهاى انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای بهزیستی معنوی، دینداری، امیدواری، خوش بینی، عزت نفس، خودکارآمدی و رضامندی زندگی بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار لیزرل8/7 به روش تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که مدل اولیه ارائه شده، تنها در بعضی شاخصها برازش داشت و بنابراین مدل تعدیلشده، برازش بهتری با دادهها نشان داد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که متغیرهای معنویت، دینداری، امیدواری، عزتنفس و خودکارآمدی رابطه مستقیم معناداری با رضامندی زندگی دارند. همچنین بین متغیرهای معنویت و دینداری به واسطه متغیرهای امیدواری، خوشبینی، عزتنفس، و خودکارآمدی با رضامندی زندگی رابطه غیرمستقیم معنیداری بهدست آمد. بین متغیرهای جنس، وضعیت تأهل و وضعیت اقتصادی با رضامندی زندگی رابطه معناداری وجود نداشت. در نهایت در پژوهش حاضر نقش سازههای روانشناسی مثبتگرا در رضامندی زندگی تأیید شد که این یافته بیانگر اهمیت سازههای روانشناسی مثبتگرا در رضامندی زندگی است.

ارزیابی عملکرد حافظه کاری و بازداری پاسخ در افراد وابسته به متآمفتامین و افراد عادی
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه فرایندهای شناختی (حافظه کاری و بازداری پاسخ) در افراد وابسته به متآمفتامین بود.پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی–مقایسهای است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه افراد وابسته به متآمفتامین و افراد غیروابسته به مواد در شهر ایلام بودند. روش نمونهگیری پژوهش حاضر به شیوه دردسترس و نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 نفر وابسته به متآمفتامین، و 30 نفر از افراد عادی بود. از آزمون رنگ-واژه استروپ(نوع رایانهای) برای ارزیابی بازداری پاسخ و برای ارزیابی حافظه کاری نیز خرده آزمون فراخنای ارقام حافظه وکسلر(نوع رایانهای) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. دادهها با روش آماری واریانس چندمتغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد عملکرد افراد وابسته به متآمفتامین درمؤلفه های فراخنای ارقام رو به جلو و فراخنای ارقام معکوس با گروه بههنجار تفاوت معناداری دارد. همچنین عملکرد افراد وابسته به متآمفتامین در بازداری پاسخ تفاوت معناداری با گروه بههنجارداشت ولی در مؤلفههای زمان واکنش همخوان و زمان واکنش ناهمخوان و مؤلفههای بدون پاسخ ناهمخوان تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که وابستگی به متآمفتامین تأثیر معناداری بر حافظه کاری و بازداری پاسخ افراد وابسته دارد.

اثربخشی آموزش امید درمانی بر بهکارگیری روشهای مقابله مثبت با استرس در زنان دارای همسر معتاد
اعتیاد به عنوان یک پدیده شوم اجتماعی اثرات مخرب فراوانی از جمله استرس بر فرد معتاد و خانواده و بهویژه همسر وی دارد. آنچه که سلامت رفتار را با خطر روبرو میسازد، شیوه ارزیابی فرد از استرس و روشهای مقابله با آن میباشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش امید درمانی بر بهکارگیری روشهای مقابله مثبت با استرس در زنان دارای همسر معتاد انجام شده است.مطالعه حاضر از نوع نیمهتجربی(پیشآزمون- پسآزمون) با گروه کنترل و آزمون پیگیری میباشد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس بر روی 30 زن دارای همسر معتاد در شیراز اجرا شد و این تعداد به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش، چک لیست شیوههای مقابله با استرس (کارور، شیر و وینتراپ، 1989) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ویرایش 17 نرم افزار SPSS، از تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون t همبسته استفاده شد.نتایج حاصل نشان داد آموزش امید درمانی بر بهکارگیری روشهای مقابله مثبت با استرس در سطح معناداری 001/0 P<مؤثر است، این نتایج در دوره پیگیری نیز پایدار بودند. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش میتوان از آموزش امید درمانی بهعنوان یکی از روشهای کمک به زنان دارای همسر معتاد برای بهکارگیری روشهای مقابله مثبت با استرسهایشان استفاده کرد

الگوی روانشناختی استدلالهای رأیدهندگان در انتخابات سیاسی بر پایه مفهوم درگیری
با نگاه روانشناختی، رأیدادن بهعنوان یک رفتار سیاسی، همان ابراز نگرش اجتماعی در حوزه عمل سیاسی است. نگرشهای سیاسی در سایه استدلالهایی ابراز میشوند که بیانگر نوع و سطح درگیریهای برخاسته از نیازها و آرمانهای مشارکتگنندگان است. در مباحث نگرشها در روانشناسی اجتماعی دو گرایش ابزاری و ابرازگر- ارزشی مفهومسازی شده است که بهترتیب دو نوع درگیری پیامدی و ارزشی را به بار میآورد. گرایش ارزشی به ویژگیهای شخصیتی مربوط است. به منظور دستهبندی و الگوپردازی استدلالهای منتهی به رفتار رأیدهی بر پایه درگیریهای مبتنی بر نگرش، در یک مطالعه کیفی، با مراجعه به 345 نفر از کسانی که دستکم یکبار در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری شرکت کرده بودند پیرامون انگیزه و انتظاراتشان از منتخب مورد نظر مصاحبه شد. بیش از 3000 استدلال جمعآوری و پس از عملیات پالایشی به 609 گویه کاهش یافت. استدلالها در چهار گروه در قالب یک جدول 2×2، بر پایه سطح و نوع درگیری دستهبندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد الگویی از سوگیریهای استدلالی بر پایه سطح و نوع درگیریهای مبتنی بر نگرش قابل تمایز است: سوگیریهای نخبگان، متعهدان، نیازگشا، و شخص-محور؛ که بهترتیب بر محور مطالبات مدنی، فرهنگی-ایدئولوژیک، اقتصادی- معیشتی، و روانشناختی قابل شناسایی است.

اثربخشی و کارآمدی رواندرمانگری شناختی- تحلیلی در بهزیستی ذهنی و کاهش رفتارهای تکانشی مردان مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی
ماهیت پیچیده اختلال شخصیت مرزی، بررسی و بکارگیری درمانهای جدید را ایجاب میکند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مداخلهای در بهزیستی ذهنی و کاهش رفتارهای تکانشی مردان مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی: اثربخشی و کارآمدی رواندرمانگری شناختی- تحلیلی اجرا شد. این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی بوده و از طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. جامعهی آماری این پژوهش را کلیه مردان مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی مراجعه کننده به مطبهای روانپزشکان و بیمارستان روانپزشکی فارابی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1392 تشکیل میدهند. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، براساس ارجاع متخصصان اعصاب و روان، 40 مرد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی، از بین 50 مراجعه کننده به مطبهای روانپزشکان و بیمارستان روانپزشکی فارابی، با توجه به پذیرش بیمار برای شرکت در پژوهش، در وهله اول، و انجام مصاحبه بالینی SCID-II براساس DSM-IV و آزمون میلون 3، انتخاب شدند. به این صورت که از بین مردان ارجاع داده شده افرادی که نمره بالاتر از (84<BR) در مقیاس شخصیت مرزی MCMI-III گرفته بودند و انجام مصاحبه بالینی با توجه به ملاکهای DSM، برای اختلالات شخصیت به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند (20 نفر گروه آزمایش و 20 نفر گروه گواه). ابزارهای جمع آوری این پژوهش شامل مصاحبه بالینی ساختاریافته برای اختلالات شخصیت، مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی، آزمون میلون 3 وتکانشوری بود. از هر دو گروه پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دو ماهه به عمل آمد و برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری دادهها نیز از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری (MANCOVA) و آزمونهای تعقیبی LSD استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری نشان داد که رواندرمانگری شناختی- تحلیلی بر بهبود بهزیستی اجتماعی، هیجانی و روانشناختی و کاهش تکانشوری مردان مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت مرزی مؤثر بوده است. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که در مرحله پسآزمون و پیگیری، بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، در بهزیستی اجتماعی، هیجانی، روانشناختی وتکانشوری تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. بنابر یافتههای این مطالعه، درمان شناختی- تحلیلی به شیوه گروهی راهبرد مناسبی برای بهبود بهزیستی اجتماعی، هیجانی و روانشناختی و کاهش تکانشوری مبتلایان به اختلال شخصیت مرزی است. و میتوان از آن بهعنوان یک روش مداخلهای مناسب سود جست.

اثربخشی درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری گروهی بر اضطراب اجتماعی، خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و نشخوار فکری در دانشجویان با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری گروهی بر اضطراب اجتماعی، خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و نشخوار فکری دانشجویان دختر انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آزمایشی (طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون- پیگیری با گروه کنترل) بود. با استفاده از نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده از بین 338 دانشجوی دختر در محدودهی سنی 29-20 سال به کمک پرسشنامههای اضطراب اجتماعی واتسون و فرند (SAQ)، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی برای موقعیتهای اجتماعی (SESS) و مقیاس پاسخهای نشخواری (RRS) و مصاحبه تشخیصی افراد واجد شرایط( دارای نمره برش تشخیصی اضطراب اجتماعی) بر اساس DSM- IV-TR ، 16 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (برای هر گروه 8 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه درمان شناختی – رفتاری گروهی را دریافت کردند، اما گروه کنترل تحت درمان خاصی قرار نگرفتند. و دو ماه پس از پایان درمان پیگیری اجرا گردید. آزمودنیهای هر دو گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله و دو ماه پیگیری، پرسشنامههای SAQ، SESS، RRS را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل داداهها، روشهای آمار توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل کواریانس بکار برده شد. نتایج آزمون تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات اضطراب اجتماعی، خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و نشخوارفکری دو گروه (کنترل و آزمایش) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج در پیگیری دو ماهه نیز تفاوت معناداری را نشان داد(05/0≥P). با توجه به یافتههای فوق میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که درمان شناختی ـ رفتاری گروهی در کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی و نشخوار فکری و افزایش خودکارآمدی اجتماعی دانشجویان دختر با اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی مؤثر است و تغییرات ایجاد شده در پیگیری دو ماهه تقریباً پایدار باقی ماند

رابطه همخانگی در ایران: بررسی کیفی علل و انگیزههای گرایش به آن
با توجه به ظهور شکلهای جدید روابط قبل از ازدواج در سالیان اخیر در میان جوانان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف کشف علل و انگیزههای افراد برای انتخاب این سبک زندگی انجام شد. در این مطالعه، روششناسی کیفی بهعنوان روششناسی غالب انتخاب گردید. جهت یافتن افراد نمونه از تکنیک نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی بهره گرفته شد. بعد از یافتن چند نمونه اول از طریق دوستان و آشنایان، همان نمونهها پس از مصاحبه و فرایند جلب اعتماد، رابط و واسطی شدند برای آشنایی و مصاحبه با نفرات بعدی. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از 23 زن و مرد که دارای رابطه همخانگی بودند مصاحبه عمیق و نیمهساختاریافته به عمل آمد. افراد شرکتکننده اکثراً در شهرهای بندرعباس، کرمان و تهران سکونت داشتند. دادههای بهدستآمده با رویکرد تفسیری تحلیل شدند. بعد از تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با رویکرد تفسیری، 6 مقولهی اصلی با عناوین: آمادگی برای ازدواج و نگرانی از پیامدهای آن، مزایای اقتصادی، نیازهای عاطفی و جنسی، نگرانی از پیامدهای طلاق، کمرنگ شدن نقش نظارتی و حمایتی خانواده، آزمودن سازگاری و ازدواج آزمایشی، بهعنوان دلایل گرایش افراد به روابط همخانگی استخراج گردید.شیوع آرام و خزنده روابط همخانگی، آمار بالای طلاق، وفور خیانتهای عاطفی و جنسی افراد متأهل و شیوع سبکهای غربی روابط قبل از ازدواج همگی بنیان خانواده ایرانی را نشانه رفتهاند. و حل این معضلات نیازمند عزم جدی مسئولان و متخصصان در سطح کلان جهت بازنگری در سیاستگذاریهای شغلی، کارآفرینی، محتوای رسانه ملی، تحصیلات عالی و حوزه فرهنگ میباشد.

خود و اسکیزوفرنی (مطالعه مورد پژوهی)
به علت غلبه رویکرهای اثباتگرایانه در روانشناسی، بررسی تجارب فاعلی بیماران مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است، این امر در مورد بیماران اسکیزوفرن برجستهتر است. ما معنای تجربه زیسته و ادراک آنان از خود را نمیدانیم. اخیراً محققان اهمیت کسب اطلاعات اول شخص از بیماران را مورد تأکید قرار دادهاند. این پژوهش به منظور فهم تجربه خود در اسکیزوفرنی انجام شده است. این پژوهش یک موردپژوهی کیفی است. از آنجا که هدف این تحقیق بررسی تجربه زیسته مشارکتکننده بود، در این پژوهش از طرح پدیدارشناسی استفاد شد. مشارکتکننده این تحقیق با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شد. وی مذکر، 36 ساله و مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی مزمن است. مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و عمقی با وی انجام گرفته و ثبت شد. منابع بیرونی و پرونده مشارکتکننده نیز مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری IPA)) استفاده شد. مضامین اصلی بهدست آمده، عبارت بود از: زمانبندی و مکانبندی خود، عاملیت کاهشیافته، استعاره خود و بیزاری آینهای و بدنی. یافتههای این تحقیق، نظریههای روانکاوی، روایت و خودگفتگویی را مورد تأیید قرار دادند.
