. One of the variables that can help reduce the problems of teenagers and increase adaptation in this sensitive period is resilience. Resilience means the ability to recover from negative emotional experiences and adapt flexibly to stressful experiences.. The current research was conducted with the aim of phenomenology of the lived experiences of resilient students and developing a model of resilience education for students based on these experiences. The research method was qualitative with three-way method. For this purpose, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 11 female students of Shahreza city who were diagnosed as resilient based on the Connor and Davidson questionnaire Utilizing MAXQDA 2020, the data were analyzed using the Colaizzi method Then, based on the content obtained from the lived experiences of resilient students, the model of resilience education was compiled based on the content analysis of books, dissertations and valid articles until 2022. In the last stage, the developed protocol was validated under the supervision of experts. Sampling started purposefully. In all three stages, the saturation criterion was used for the sample size. Information related to the components related to the lived experiences of resilient students was obtained in 3 main concepts of spiritual orientation, attitudinal, behavioral factors,,pshycological capital and conflict resolution model. The resilience training model of students based on lived experiences also contains 8 categories of awareness and psychological training, Activation based on mindfulness and values, improvement of self-efficacy, cognitive flexibility, problem-solving, emotional efficiency, interpersonal efficiency, and self-care. The obtained model was validated and reliable using psychometric indices. The results indicated the validity and reliability of the intended model. The model of resilience compiled with the three-way method can be used to formulate interventions to increase students' resilience, along with other existing educational models.

Pre-language skills play a significant part in the emotional-social competencies of children. Meanwhile, many children manifest deficiencies in gaining emotional-social competencies as a result of communication delay. The present research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test design with a control group and a two-month follow-up period. The statistical population of this research included mothers with children under two years of age who referred to public kindergartens in the second and third districts of Tehran in 1400, of which 40 mothers were selected by purposeful sampling and taking into account the entry and exit criteria. The family-oriented intervention was conducted for 10 sessions. Age and social-emotional stages questionnaire (ASQ_SE) was used to collect data. The results of the research showed that the family-oriented pre-language intervention has a significant effect on the social-emotional skills of children under two years old with communication delay (p<0.05). Teaching family-centered pre-language intervention can help improve the emotional-social skills of children under two suffering from communication delay. Therefore, such interventions can be used as an effective type of treatment in clinical environments

One of the most important issues that, in addition to disrupting the family unit and the couple's relationship, aggravates the injury in the injured person, is post-traumatic stress disorder caused by domestic violence. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of emotion-focused couple therapy approach on post-traumatic stress disorder caused by domestic violence. The quasi-experimental research method was pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population included all women affected by the phenomenon of spousal violence. Thirty subjects who had a moderate to high symptom range in the FOA (2003) Emotional PTSD scale scores were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The subjects in the experimental group participated in a group program of emotional couple therapy for 15 sessions, but the control group did not receive any intervention. The results of the analysis showed that emotional couple therapy is effective in reducing the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in women affected by domestic violence (p <0.001 and F = 505.61) and this effect is stable in the follow-up phase. Since emotion-oriented couple therapy regulates a person's emotions and due to the effectiveness of this approach in couples involved in domestic violence, its use as a therapeutic approach in this type of issues is recommended.

Shopping addiction is an uncontrollable need that forces a person to go shopping for temporary relief from psychological distress and depression. In this regard, the present study was conducted to investigate the reliability and validity of the shopping addiction scale in the Iranian sample. This research was a descriptive-analytical study of evaluation type. The sample consisted of 500 women (404) and men (96) in Tehran in 2021 who were selected by the available sampling method and completed the shopping addiction scale, saving inventory, and psychological well-being scale. Psychometric properties of the shopping addiction scale were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis, divergent validity, concurrent validity, Pearson correlation, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient in R software version 4.1 at a significance level of 0.05. The seven-factor structure (Salience, Mood Modification, Conflict, Tolerance, Relapse, Withdrawal, and Problems) of the shopping addiction scale was evaluated and confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFI = 0.89, RMSEA = 0.07). In examining the concurrent and divergent criterion validity, the correlation of the online shopping addiction scale with the saving inventory was positive and significant. The relationship between shopping addiction and psychological well-being was also negative and significant. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the total score of the in-person addiction scale was 0.96 and for its dimensions was 0.81 to 0.92. The findings indicate the structural validity and acceptable reliability of the shopping addiction scale, and the multidimensional structure of this scale can help to diagnose shopping addiction.

AbstractThe aim of this study was to check the relationship between ego strength and tissue relationships with adolescents' self-harming behaviors mediated by emotion regulation. The present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population in this study was all male high school students in Tabriz in the academic year 1398-999, from which 190 people were selected by convenience sampling. In this study, Igo Mohammad Ali Besharat's strength scale (2007), Sanson et al.'s self-harm questionnaire (1998), Mahmoud No Dargahfard family's emotional questionnaire (1373), اد Chu and Chang peer perception questionnaire (2012), the Sernkovich & Giordano School Connection Scale (1992), and the Grass & John Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (2003) were used, and the data were analyzed using the path analysis method. Data analysis showed that ego strength and tissue relationships were significantly associated with adolescents' self-injurious behaviors. That is, increasing the strength of the ego and improving tissue relationships can significantly reduce self-harming behaviors in adolescents. Emotion regulation can also mediate the relationship between ego strength and tissue relationships to adolescents' self-injurious behaviors. The results show that the strength of Igubala causes adolescents to increase their tolerance capacity for failures and adversities. Safe and healthy tissue relationships also protect adolescents from self-harming behaviors as a protective factor.

The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive hope enhancing training and social skills training on reducing female high school students’ fear of negative evaluation and safe behavior. This semi-experimental study employed pretest- posttest design with control group. For data collection Leary social phobia safety Behavior scale (SPSBS) and Pinto-Gouveia Salvador Brief fear of Negative Evaluation scale (BFNE) were used. The data were evaluated on the basis of scores located above the cut-off point. then Participants were randomly assigned into three groups (i.e., 15 students received trainings on cognitive hope enhancing, 15 students received trainings on social skills, and 15 students were considered a control group).The experimental groups received cognitive hope enhancing training and social skill training for eight 90-minute sessions hold once a week; while the control group did not receive any training. result Univariate analysis of covariance demonstrated that cognitive hope enhancing training and cognitive social skill training was effective on reducing students’ fear of negative evaluation and safe behavior .However, there was no significant difference between the two kind of training methods. According to the findings of the present piece of research work, it is suggested that the cognitive hope enhancing training and social skills training be offered as in-service trainings of schools counselors.
