Abstract
His research has been some to constructing a valid instrument to evaluate of quality of life and subjective well being. 500 teachers from different sector of Tehran city systematic randomly completed the quality of life questionnaire and subjective well being scale. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between sub scales of quality of life with life satisfaction as a sub scale of subjective well being but not with subjective well being have a good quality of life is not mean as a good subjective well being because a good quality of live can produce a life satisfaction of life but not to produce a good subjective well being.
