Results showed health beliefs, EA and CF were significantly correlated with all subscales and total score of psychological well-being, especially self-acceptance, positive relation with others, personal growth and mastering environment, among cardiovascular patients (p<0.05). Regression analysis indicated severity of harm (subscle of health belief) and EA as a significant predictior of self acceptance; vulnuribility to harm (subscle of health belief) and EA as significant predictor of positive relation with others, personal growth and mastering invironment; vulneriblity to harm as significant predictor of independence, vulneribilty to harm and EA as significant predictor of total psychological well-being. Findingsuggest that psychological inflexibility components, especially EA, and health beliefs have inpact on well-being of patients with cardiovascular disease and weaken their psychological weel-being. Keywords: Cardiovascular Diseases, Cognitive fusion, experiential avoidance, health beliefs

Adolescence is one of the most important transformational periods and a person will face many challenges during this period, each of which in turn can cause stress and anxiety in the adolescent's life. Anxiety disorders are one of the most common psychiatric problems in adolescence, one of the most common of which is generalized anxiety disorder ; Accordingly, the present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of computer-based cognitive rehabilitation on improving cognitive impairment in adolescents with generalized anxiety disorder. According to the applied and semi-experimental type of research with a pre-test-post-test design, 30 teenagers with generalized anxiety disorder in the psychological and counseling centers of Kerman city In 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 15 people using non-random sampling method. The experiment and control were divided and evaluated using the cognitive impairment questionnaire (Broadbent, 1998).. were evaluated. In order to perform interventions related to research and computer-based cognitive rehabilitation training on the experimental group, Captain Log's software was used, which was performed in 20 sessions of 45 minutes and 2 days each week. order to analyze the data, in the descriptive statistics section, the mean and standard deviation and in the inferential statistics section, the analysis of covariance model was used by SPSS-22 software. The findings of this research showed that the scores of the components of cognitive impairment decreased significantly during interventions related to computer-based cognitive rehabilitation, so it can be concluded that computer-based cognitive rehabilitation improves the cognitive impairment of adolescents with disorders. Pervasive anxiety (p<0.005) .is effective and practical.. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the validity, reliability and factor structure of the short version of the Mind Wandering Questionnaire among students. The statistical population of this research included all the students of the faculty of literature and humanities of Urmia University in the academic year of 2022-2023 (a total of 2075 students), of which 380 were selected by available sampling. Depression, anxiety and stress scale (DASS-21) and Freiburg Mindfulness Questionnaire (FMI-SF) were used to calculate convergent and divergent validity. Construct validity was investigated through confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability was done using Cronbach's alpha method and retesting. Also, the data were analyzed with spss version 25 and Lisrel version 8.8 software. The results of confirmatory factor analysis, like the original form, confirmed a factor of mind wandering. Also, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the whole scale was equal to 0.89. In addition, the retest coefficient with an interval of four weeks for the entire questionnaire was 0.81. Also, the correlation coefficient showed favorable convergent and divergent validity of the questionnaire (P<0.001). According to the obtained results, it can be said that the mind wandering questionnaire is a reliable and valid tool for measuring mind wandering among students.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of practical training of intimate communication skills on love styles, psychological well-being, emotional abuse and marital tension in married women. The research method was a semi-experimental pre-test-post-test type with a control group. The socio-statistics of the research included all married women who referred to the health centers of Mahdishahr city in 2019. Among these, 30 people were selected by available sampling method and were randomly divided into two experimental (15 people) and control (15 people) groups. The participants of both groups completed questionnaires of lovemaking styles, psychological well-being, emotional abuse and marital tension in the pre-test and post-test. The practical training of sincere communication skills was carried out in 10 sessions of 90 minutes with the frequency of one session per week on the experimental group. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that the practical training of intimate communication skills reduced emotional abuse and marital tension and improved psychological well-being and love styles in the group that was trained, but no significant difference was observed in the friendly love style. As a result, this method can be used to reduce conflicts and improve the quality of married life in couples.
