اثر بخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک بر کاهش رفتارهای خود-آسیب رسان نوجوانان بزهکار مقیم کانون اصلاح و تربیت تهران

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین میزان اثر بخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک بر کاهش رفتارهای خود-آسیب رسان نوجوانان بزهکار مقیم کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر تهران بود. این مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه این پژوهش را 30 نوجوان خود-آسیب رسان 12 تا 18 سال مقیم کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر تهران تشکیل دادند. از سیاهه خود گزارشی خود-آسیب رسانی کلونسکی و گلن جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون استفاده شد.بعد از اجرای‌ پیش‌ آزمون‌، گروه‌ آزمایش‌ تحت درمان برنامه رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی به صورت گروهی قرار گرفت. این برنامه در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای و هفته ای 1 جلسه اجرا شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها علاوه بر روش های آمار توصیفی ( طبقه بندی و توصیف اطلاعات) از تحلیل کواریانس استفاده شد.
 نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که برنامه رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک به روش گروهی بر کاهش رفتار های خود-آسیب رسان نوجوانان مقیم کانون اصلاح و تربیت موثر است. همچنین تاثیر رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک بر کاهش کارکردهای درون فردی و بین فردی رفتار های خود-آسیب رسان نوجوانان مقیم کانون اصلاح و تربیت موثر است.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
The aim of the present study was to determine the effectiveness of
DBT on reducing self-harming behaviors in juvenile offenders who
resided in Tehran's Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Centre.
This study was semi-experimental (pretest-posttest with control
group). The sample consisted of 30 juvenile offenders aged 12 to 18
years who resided in Tehran's Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation
Centre. Klonsky and Glenn's Inventory of Statements about SelfInjury (ISAS) was used to collect pretest-posttest data. After the
pretest, the experimental group was treated with the dialectical
behavior therapy (DBT) program. This program was held in 10
weekly ninety-minute sessions. Data were analyzed using covariance
analysis (ANCOVA).
The results showed that DBT was effective on reducing selfharming behaviors of juvenile offenders who resided in Tehran’s
Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center. Moreover, the effect of
DBT on reducing intrapersonal and interpersonal functions of selfharming behaviors of juvenile offenders was confirmed
