مقایسه مشکلات بین‌فردی و پرخاشگری در دانشجویان دارای رگه‌های خودشیفتگی بیمارگون خودبزرگ‌بین، آسیب‌پذیر و افراد فاقد این رگه‌ها

چکیده

شواهد موجود حاکی از وجود دو نوع مجزا از خودشیفتگی به شکل خودشیفتگی خودبزرگ­بین و آسیب‌پذیر می­باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه میزان پرخاشگری و مشکلات بین­فردی در این دو نوع از خودشیفتگی و نیز مقایسه آنها با افراد فاقد ویژگی­های خودشیفته­وار بود. تعداد 90 نفر آزمودنی از بین دانشجویان شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه­ها تهران که بر اساس غربالگری به وسیله پرسشنامه خودشیفتگی مرضی، در سه گروه 30 نفره دارای رگه­های خودشیفتگی خودبزرگ­بین، آسیب­پذیر و فاقد رگه­های خودشیفتگی قرار می­گرفتند، توسط پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری و سیاهه مشکلات بین­فردی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده­ها به وسیله روش آماری تحلیل واریانس چندراهه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از تفاوت معنادار بین گروه­های دارای رگه ­های خودشیفتگی و فاقد رگه­ها در مقیاس­های پرخاشگری بدنی، خشم و خصومت و نیز همه خرده مقیاس­های سیاهه مشکلات بین­فردی به­جز مقیاس فقدان جامعه پذیری بود. در خرده­مقیاس اخیر تفاوت تنها بین گروه آسیب­پذیر با گروه فاقد رگه­ها معنادار بود. نتایج از یک سو تأیید کننده پرخاشگری و نقص در حوزه بین­فردی در افراد دارای رگه­های خودشیفتگی و از سوی دیگر حاکی از شباهت دو نوع خودشیفتگی می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare aggression and interpersonal problems in students with and without vulnerable and grandiose narcissistic traits. In this cross-sectional study, a sample of 90 students was selected using Pathological Narcissistic Inventory. Aggression Questionare (AQ) and Inventory of Interpersonal Problems (IIP) were used to collect data. The data were analyzed using MANOVA. The results showed that students with narcissistic traits report more aggression and interpersonal problems except in verbal aggression. These results show that grandiose and vulnerable narcissism are different self-states of the same pathology and emphasize vulnerability symptoms in DSM criteria for NPD.
