چکیده

امروزه ختم زودرس روان‌درمانی به عنوان یک مشکل بزرگ در کار متخصصان بهداشت روانی مشخص شده است. عوامل زیادی در بروز این امر نقش دارند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مقایسه دو گروه بیماران با اختتام موفق روان درمانی و اختتام زودرس روان درمانی در اتحاد درمانی بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر علی مقایسه‌ای بود که در آن به مقایسه دو گروه در متغیر مطالعه پرداخته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر تمامی بیماران مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های سلامت روان، کلینیک های درد و مراکز درمانی سوء مصرف مواد سطح شهر مشهد بود که به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند در طول 9 ماه از دی ماه 1399 تا شهریور 1400 تعداد 60 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ی اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی، مقیاس تجدید نظر شده ی اتحادکاری(WAI-SR) و مقیاس پیامد درمانی (OQ®-42.2) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS-19، یافته‌های توصیفی و آزمون تی تست مستقل استفاده گردید. میانگین و انحراف استاندارد سنی جمعیت مورد مطالعه به ترتیب 37/38 و 6/98 بود. میانگین اتحاد درمانی در گروه با اختتام موفق روان درمانی 42 حاصل شد که بیشتر از گروه با اختتام زودرس روان درمانی (26/13) است. نتایج آزمون تی- تست دو گروه مستقل نیز نشان داد دو گروه از لحاظ آماری با یکدیگر در اتحاد درمانی تفاوت معنی دار داشتند (05/0P<). نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد اتحاد درمانی در بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری داشت. متخصصان حوزه سلامت روان و روانپزشکی جهت کاهش و جلوگیری از بروز اختتام زودرس روان درمانی نیاز است به فرایند روان درمانی و عوامل تاثیرگذار بر روند آن، توجه به سزایی داشته باشند.

The premature termination of psychotherapy as a big problem has been found in the work of mental health professionals. Many factors are involved in causing it. The purpose of the present study was compare two groups of patients with successful termination of psychotherapy and premature termination of psychotherapy in the therapeutic alliance. Design of present study was a causal comparative in which to compare two groups in the Study variables were discussed. Statistical population of the present study was all patients referred to Mental Health Clinics, Pain Clinics and Substance Use Treatment Centers in Mashhad that the targeted sampling during 9 months from January 2021 to September 2021, 60 people were selected as sample. The research instruments were included Demographic information questionnaire, Working Alliance Inventory – Short Revised (WAI-SR) and Outcome Questionnaire (OQ®-42.2). For data analysis software was used from SPSS-19, descriptive findings and independent t-test. The mean and standard deviation age of the participants was respectively 37/38 and 6/98. The average of therapeutic alliance was in the group with successful termination of psychotherapy (42) higher than the group with premature termination of psychotherapy (26/13). The results of two independent groups t-test showed that the two groups were statistically significant differences together in therapeutic alliance (P<0/05). Results of this study showed that the therapeutic alliance between the two groups was significantly different. Experts in the field of mental health and psychiatry in order to reduce and prevent premature termination psychotherapy is required have great attention to process of psychotherapy and factors influencing its process.
