اثربخشی درمان تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای (tDCS) بر مؤلفه های روانشناختی و شناختی دانشجویان مبتلا به اعتیاد به اینترنت: احساس تنهایی، ناگویی هیجانی و بازداری شناختی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: در سال‌های اخیر، شیوع بالای اعتیاد به اینترنت میان دانشجویان و پیامدهای روان‌شناختی و شناختی آن از جمله احساس تنهایی، ناگویی هیجانی و ضعف در بازداری شناختی، توجه پژوهشگران را به خود جلب کرده است؛ از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای (tDCS) بر مؤلفه‌های روان‌شناختی و شناختی دانشجویان مبتلا به اعتیاد به اینترنت انجام گرفت.
روش‌شناسی پژوهش: طرح پژوهش  نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعة آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان که درسال 1402-1401 از اعتیاد به اینترنت رنج می‌بردند. تعداد 30 نفر از شرکت‌کنندگان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. پس از ارزیابی‌های اولیه، درمان تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای به مدت 10 جلسة 20 دقیقه‌ای در طی 3 هفته متوالی با پروتکل تعیین شده الکترود آند برای تحریک ناحیه F3 و الکترود کاتد برای بازداری ناحیه F4  انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS-26 و روش آماری تحلیل آنکوا صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین نمرات گروه آزمایش و کنترل در متغیرهای احساس تنهایی، ناگویی هیجانی و اعتیاد به اینترنت تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد، اما بین نمرات گروه آزمایش و کنترل در متغیر بازداری شناختی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. به عبارت دیگر می‌توان گفت درمان (tDCS) بر کاهش احساس تنهایی، ناگویی هیجانی و اعتیاد به اینترنت  دانشجویان مبتلا به اعتیاد به اینترنت اثرگذار است.
نتیجه‌گیری: تحریک الکتریکی مستقیم فراجمجمه‌ای (tDCS) می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش غیرتهاجمی و مؤثر برای کاهش علائم روان‌شناختی مرتبط با اعتیاد به اینترنت (احساس تنهایی و ناگویی هیجانی) مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Background and Aim: In recent years, the high prevalence of internet addiction among students and its psychological and cognitive consequences, such as loneliness, alexithymia, and impaired cognitive inhibition, have drawn researchers’ attention. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of (tDCS) therapy on psychological and cognitive components of students with internet addiction: Loneliness, Alexithymia, and Cognitive Inhibition.
Research Methodology: The research design was semi-experimental, utilizing a pretest-posttest approach with a control group. The population of the study comprised all internet addicted students at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in the academic year 2021-2022. A total of 30 participants were selected using purposive sampling. Following initial assessments, the (tDCS) therapy was administered for10 sessions of 20 minutes over three consecutive weeks, using a specified electrode protocol stimulating the F3 region and inhibiting the F4 region. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS-26.
Findings: The results showed significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the variables of loneliness, alexithymia, and internet addiction, but no significant difference was found in cognitive inhibition. In other words, tDCS therapy is effective in reducing feelings of loneliness, alexithymia, and internet addiction in students with internet addiction.
Conclusion: Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) can be used as a non-invasive and effective method to reduce psychological symptoms associated with internet addiction (loneliness and alexithymia).
