چکیده
هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه فعال در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال وسواس – اجبار است. تعداد 42 نفر بیمار مبتلا به اختلال وسواس – اجبار و 70 نفر به عنوان گروه کنترل مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بیماران اختلال وسواس – اجبار که شامل 33 زن و 9 مرد بودند بعد از اجرای آزمون SCL90-R و مصاحبه بالینی ساختار یافته بر اساس DSM-IV اجرای پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه یانگ، پرسشنامه فرزند پروری یانگ و مقادیر وسواس-اجبار ییل براون انتخاب شدند. نمرات کلی پرسشنامه طرحواره یانگ گروه وسواس – اجبار به طور معناداری بالاتر از گروه کنترل بود. میانگین نمرات اکثر مقیاس های طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بیماران به طور معناداری بالاتر از میانگین نمرات مقیاس های گروه کنترل بود. این مطالعه نشان داد علاوه بر رابطه معنادار بین نمره GSI پرسشنامه SCL-90-R با نمره کلی YSQ، YPI-F و YPI-M، مهمترین طرحواره های فعال بیماران OCD عبارتند از استحقاق، معیارهای سرسختانه، بی اعتمادی، بدرفتاری، آسیب پذیری در برابر ضرر و بیماری.

Early maladaptive schemas activated in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder

The aim of this study was to investigate the activation pattern of maladaptive schems in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder. For this porpose 42 patients with OCD and 70 subjects as control group were studied. They were administered SCL90-R and structured clinical interview for diagnosis of DSM-IV mental disorder the young schema questionnaire short form the young parenting inventory and the yale brown obsessive compulsive scal . the YSQ total score of the OCD group was significantly highe than the control group. The average score of the patient with OCD on most schemas were significantly higher than the average score of the control group. This study demonstrates that in addition to significant relation between SCL90-R total scores with YSQ YPI-F and YPI-M most important of the early maladaptive schemas including: entitlement, unrelenting standards
